3. No Accountant-Client or Professional Relationship

Existing clients should use the secure communication or document-delivery methods provided by Intrinsic DM2.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a signed professional engagement agreement concerning services provided to a client, the applicable engagement agreement will control with respect to those professional services.

These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement between you and Intrinsic DM2, disputes relating solely to use of the Website shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois.

They do not replace or modify any separate professional engagement agreement between Intrinsic DM2 and a client.
